Before you get started
What is included in the launch offer?
The trading engine, Cockpit back-office, CRM, liquidity bridge, web trader, and the iOS, Android, macOS and Windows apps. Servers and hosting are not included.
How is usage billed?
Opening and closing transactions on all live accounts count toward billable USD volume, across A-Book, B-Book and Hybrid. Demo trades are excluded, and each customer execution counts once. An opening transaction of $100,000 plus a closing transaction of $100,000 is $200,000 of billable volume and a $1 usage fee. Detailed billing terms are set out in the customer agreement.
Do we need our own App Store and Google Play accounts?
No. The supplied Metafix setup lists your brokerage inside the Metafix apps using your brand assets.
How long does a launch take?
