These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Metafix mobile application and the metafix.ai website (together, the "Service"), operated by MetaFix Fintech LLC, a limited liability company organized in the State of Wyoming, United States (Wyoming Secretary of State Filing ID 2026-001919880), with its principal and registered office at 30 N Gould St, Suite #50917, Sheridan, WY 82801, USA ("Metafix", "we", "us"). By downloading, accessing, or using the Service you agree to these Terms, our Privacy Policy, and our Risk Disclosure. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
Metafix is a software trading terminal. We are not a broker, dealer, exchange, or investment advisor; we do not hold or control client funds; and we do not execute trades on our own account. The terminal connects to a trading account provided by your broker, and all orders are executed by that broker under its own terms and regulatory framework. Market data shown in the app is for information purposes and may differ from your broker's executable prices.
You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority where you live), have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms, and not be located in a jurisdiction where use of the Service would be unlawful. You are responsible for ensuring that your use of the Service complies with the laws that apply to you.
You agree to provide accurate registration information, keep your credentials confidential, and notify us promptly of any unauthorised use. You are responsible for all activity under your account. Live accounts may require identity verification (KYC) before use.
Demo accounts use virtual funds in a simulated environment. Demo performance does not guarantee similar results on a live account; execution, liquidity, and market conditions can differ.
Nothing in the Service — including charts, indicators, news, the economic calendar, and notifications — constitutes investment, legal, or tax advice, or a recommendation to buy or sell any instrument. You are solely responsible for your trading decisions and should seek independent advice where appropriate.
Trading foreign exchange, CFDs, metals, indices, and crypto assets carries a high level of risk and can result in the loss of your invested capital. Read our Risk Disclosure before trading, and only trade with money you can afford to lose.
The Service lets you connect external automation — MetaTrader Expert Advisors, TradingView alerts, or custom API bots — using scoped, revocable API keys. Your bots and strategies are your responsibility: we do not review, endorse, or guarantee any strategy, and broker-enforced risk limits reduce but do not eliminate the risk of loss. We may suspend or revoke API keys where we reasonably believe it necessary for security, legal compliance, or platform integrity.
The app is free to download and use. Your broker's spreads, commissions, swaps, and other charges apply to your trading activity and are set by your broker, not by us. If we introduce fees for optional Metafix services in the future, we will communicate them clearly before they apply.
You agree not to: use the Service for unlawful purposes, including market abuse or manipulation; interfere with or disrupt the Service; attempt to gain unauthorised access to any system or data; reverse engineer, decompile, or copy the software except as permitted by law; scrape or redistribute market data; or use the Service on behalf of a third party without authorisation.
The Service, including the software, design, logos, and content, is owned by Metafix or its licensors. We grant you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to use the app for your own trading. Any feedback you provide may be used by us without restriction.
The Service interoperates with third-party platforms and stores (including your broker, MetaTrader, TradingView, the Apple App Store, and Google Play). We are not responsible for third-party services, and your use of them is governed by their own terms.
We work to keep the Service available and reliable but do not guarantee uninterrupted operation. Connectivity, maintenance, third-party outages, and market conditions can affect availability. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue features at any time.
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including warranties as to the accuracy or completeness of market data, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Metafix will not be liable for trading losses; loss of profits, data, or goodwill; or any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. To the extent liability cannot be excluded, our total aggregate liability for all claims arising out of or relating to the Service is limited to the greater of (a) the amounts you paid to Metafix for the Service in the twelve months before the claim arose, and (b) one hundred US dollars (USD 100). Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.
You agree to indemnify and hold Metafix harmless from claims, damages, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your use of the Service, your trading activity, your automation, or your breach of these Terms.
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service where we reasonably believe these Terms have been breached, where required by law, or to protect the Service or its users. You may stop using the Service at any time, and may request deletion of your account at metafix.ai/account/delete.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be posted on this page with an updated date, and continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in the State of Wyoming, and each party consents to the personal jurisdiction of those courts.
